Mr. Loo Leong Fatt: A Visionary Entrepreneur with a Passion for Sustainable Growth
Born and raised in Malaysia, Mr. Loo Leong Fatt began his career as a Management Trainee at Kepple one of Singapore’s largest corporations. However, he quickly realized that achieving his ambitious dream of owning a business would require stepping out of his comfort zone and embracing new challenges.
Guided by the belief that “If you want to make a change, start by changing yourself,” Mr. Loo was deeply inspired by the entrepreneurial energy of Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam. He recognized a shared "chopstick culture"—a reflection of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Seeing Vietnam’s potential as an emerging market brimming with opportunities, in 1990, he accepted the challenge and set his sights on building a future there.
Vietnam’s rapid development and spirit of innovation provided a dynamic landscape where Mr. Loo gained invaluable experience across multiple industries, from seaports, telecommunications, and technology to real estate, distribution, and retail. Throughout his career, he held key positions in Keppel, UMW, Vi Dung, Ogawa, and GoldBell Singapore, transitioning from management and operations to direct ownership. Despite the ups and downs, his unwavering determination led him to remarkable achievements.
Beyond business, Vietnam became his home—the place where he met his beloved wife and where his two daughters were born. To Mr. Loo, family is both the foundation and the driving force behind his vision. He strongly believes that a truly sustainable business is one that enables each individual to care for and protect their loved ones. This belief inspired him to seek a business model that fosters sustainable health embracement, togetherness and shared success.
The Birth of Care For Vietnam and the Pursuit of a Sustainable Business Model
With a strong desire to build something meaningful, Mr. Loo turned to multi level marketing—a business model that fosters connection, empowerment, and long-term sustainability. He identified bovine colostrum immune health products as a high-potential, consumer-driven market and, in 2013, founded Care For Vietnam.
Over the next seven years, Care For Vietnam grew into one of the top three direct sales companies in Vietnam—the only 100% Vietnamese-owned enterprise to maintain its position at this level. The company’s success stemmed from a powerful synergy:
Carefore Global: Elevating Health and Business Opportunity Across Asia
Building on this success, Mr. Loo Leong Fatt founded Carefore Global, with a mission to enhance the health of Asian consumers through premium healthcare and wellness products from New Zealand. At the same time, Carefore Global provides open business opportunities, fostering connections, collaboration, and shared growth among partners.
With the guiding principle of “We Are One,” Mr. Loo envisions Carefore Global as a company that delivers health, prosperity, and fairness—benefiting employees, business partners, customers, and the broader community. By committing to sustainable development, Carefore Global strives to create long-term value for everyone who embarks on this journey together.
